Imperial Beach is the most southwesterly community in the continental United States, with gray-white sand beaches and nearly perfect weather. This condo has two bedrooms and 1-1/2 bathrooms and is 1050 square feet (98 square meters) in size. The condo has three levels. The condo is fully-equipped with high-quality furnishings and housewares to make your vacation a relaxing and stress-free experience. Dual-pane windows have been installed throughout for comfort and quiet. The beach is an easy 3-minute stroll 200 yards due west of the condo.

The lower level is an attached 2-car garage with full-sized washer and dryer. Also kept in... the garage is the beach gear, which includes at least 4 backpack-style beach chairs, beach towels, body boards for both adults and kids, a beach umbrella, beach cart and sand toys for kids. The garage will accommodate one large vehicle and one small vehicle.

The middle (street entrance) level has a half bath, living room, dining room and full kitchen. The kitchen includes gas stove and oven, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and built-in microwave. All bakeware, tableware and most typical small appliance are provided. The dining room includes 6 chairs but con comfortably sets 8 with the folding chairs provided. The living room includes a 47" LCD TV with extended HD programming and HBO. Secure wireless internet is provided for use with your portable devices. A stereo and DVD/CD player are also provided. Local and domestic long-distance phone calls are free. There is a small front patio that includes two chairs, a cocktail table and a propane-fueled grill.

The upper level features two bedrooms separated by a full bathroom. The front bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds, a 3-drawer dresser and a large wardrobe. The rear bedroom has a queen bed and a 6-drawer dresser in the large closet. There are also 2 fold-out twin mattresses suitable for kids. All linens and comforters are provided. Additional Location Information

The condo is located on Palm Avenue 200 yards from the sand. It's an easy and flat walk, crossing one street controlled by a 4-way stop. Beach access is at the foot of Palm Avenue. There are numerous casual restaurants within walking distance, as well as a convenience store and small grocery. Imperial Beach is a small town with beautiful but uncrowded beaches yet near to downtown San Diego. This area is geared more for families than for partying.

I also require a refundable $500 security deposit. 10% city tax is not required for stays of 30 days or more. Changeover days are Saturdays only during the summer, somewhat flexible during the off-season although weekends are preferred.

  My wife and I stayed the last week in September 2012 for one week. This was one of the most relaxing week’s we have had in years. This was a last minute vacation and we found this listing on trip advisor and dealt directly with the owner of the condo he could have not made it easier.
  This is one of the most well equipped condos I have stayed in everything you could possible use from beach toys to bicycles. The condo is furnished beautiful. the beds were very comfortable and clean and great flat panel TV’s.
  Need a relaxing week at the beach don’t hesitate this is the one!!!

  My wife and I spent a week at the condo with our 6 children. It was a great place to escape the Phoenix heat. The condo is very close to the beach. You can leave your car in the garage and walk half a block from the door to the ocean. From there, walk a block or so along the beach and there's a playground for the kids right next to the sand. About another block gets you to the pier with a little seafood restaurant on one end and an ice cream shop on the other. To us the atmosphere in Imperial Beach seemed very relaxed and family-friendly. How can you not enjoy life when you're next to the ocean with perfect weather?
  
  The condo was very well stocked with everything we needed and more. The owner is very professional and hospitable. You can tell that he takes pride in making it an enjoyable experience for his guests. He met us at the condo when we arrived and stocked up the garage with some new sand toys and beach gear for the upcoming summer. There really is just about everything you could want for the beach - bikes, boogie boards, fishing poles, umbrellas, a shade tent, a cooler, and nice thick beach towels.
  
  The rest of the condo is great too. It's nicely decorated. The towels and bedding are much higher quality than we expected at a rental place. It has a big TV and fast internet for when you want to just relax with the windows open and the ocean breeze blowing through. When you do go out, it's just a couple of miles to the I-5 and you're a few minutes away from everything there is to do in San Diego.
  
  We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.
