Response from the manager Thank you for your review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay in this beautiful condo. True, there are other accommodations at lower price points in the area but all of these resorts (including Kaanapali Shores) are quite old and do not have near the amenities of Honua kai. Honua kai is always rated among the top 3 resorts on Maui and is the newest Full ownership complex built on Maui in over 30 years. I think the old adage applies - "you get what you pay for."
