This fully upgraded 1 bedroom plus den condo at the Honua Kai Resort boasts breathtaking views of the West Maui Mountains. With 915 sq. ft. of living space that has been renovated with designer furnishings, this condo offers two private sleeping areas, a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a full-size tub.

Located on the peaceful south side of Konea Tower and just a few steps away from the elevator, you'll have easy access to the resort's pools, beach, Duke's restaurant, fitness center, spa, and underground parking. The main bedroom has a King size bed, access to the lanai, and a smart TV. The den has double doors that can be closed for privacy, its own closet, a queen bed, and smart TV.

The living room features upgraded furniture, a new flat-screen smart TV, a queen-size sofa bed, and bi-folding glass walls that open up to the outside lanai, allowing you to experience Maui's indoor/outdoor living. You can relax and unwind on the covered lanai with glass railings and incredible mountain and resort views.

Konea 312 also boasts a glass-walled walk-in shower, with a relaxing massage shower head, a separate oversized soaking tub, and two bathroom sinks with granite countertops for added convenience.

Come stay at 312 Konea & experience the best two-bedroom/one-bath floor plan with bright southern exposure, and plenty of room for the whole family.

IMPORTANT: Please be aware that the Honua Kai Resort will actively be painting the exterior of the Konea tower beginning July 2023. A tentative schedule has been created & can be viewed by clicking the button below. It is extremely TENTATIVE and subject to change, we will update any changes as we are made aware.

How do damage deposits work?
