Dreaming of Hawaii? We invite you to stay at our family-owned condo in sunny, South Maui at the wonderful MAUI VISTA resort. This one bedroom, one bathroom condominium (Unit 1124) is right across the street from Kamaole I beach, AKA Charley Young Beach, one of the best beaches on all of Maui. I do my best to keep my calendar constantly up to date, so I hope we have dates that will work for your dream trip to Maui!

Because hard surfaces are easier to keep germ-free, we just replaced the flooring throughout the condo with wood-look flooring so you don't have to wonder if it's clean... You'll KNOW it's clean!

Recent updates include a brand new kitchen, new mini-split air conditioner, a 50" flat screen TV with digital cable, a full bathroom remodel, lots of new furniture, a new refrigerator, new stove, and comfortable island décor. Many of the prints hanging throughout were taken by us, and show the incredible beauty that surrounds us on Maui. Go explore and find YOUR paradise!

Our condo is located in Building One of Maui Vista, which is the building closest to the beach, but we ARE NOT on the street and have no street noise! This condo is family-owned and is our "home-away-from-home", so we have taken great efforts to make sure everything you need to enjoy your stay on Maui has been included. You will find everything you need from pots to pans, plates to silverware, sheets to towels, a washer and a dryer, boogie boards, beach mats, floating noodles, beach toys, beach towels, a cooler on wheels, etc. Wi-fi internet included (so bring your laptop or tablet), FREE local calls, AND long distance in Hawaii, the mainland US, and Canada!! All other calls must be made using your calling card.

Maui Vista has three pools, six tennis courts, lovely fountains, and several conveniently located BBQ areas that are kept meticulously clean. Please note: This Maui Vista unit is strictly non-smoking. Also, Hawaii law restricts smoking in common areas, so smoking is also prohibited on the lanai and Maui Vista grounds, except in designated smoking areas. Mahalo for your understanding!!

IMPORTANT NOTE:

- The person making the reservation must be one of the registered guests. No reservations can be made for other people. Minimum age of primary guest is 25. No more than 4 guests are allowed. Guest's identity and the number of guests will be verified at check-in.

We appreciate your awareness and observation of these strict requirements.

It is also important to know that all reservations must pay the 17.962% Hawaii Accommodations Tax. We also charge a $209 cleaning/booking fee. Reservations over 21 nights will always receive 5% off the normal nightly rates. Mahalo (Thank you) for considering staying in our home! Aloha!!

Getting around

I always suggest to guests that they rent a car, just to make it easier to explore the entire island. You can certainly walk many great places from the condo, but you're going to want to see more, too. Getting around Maui is so easy. You'll feel comfortable in no time!

Interaction with guest

All communication will be with the owner, Marie, except for any needs you have while on-island. If you have any special needs then, you will talk to our on-island rep, Kelli. You will get her contact information one week before you travel. Otherwise, just know that you are never just a number to us. You are a real person dealing with a real family. Aloha!!
