Description
Kihei Beach is a moderately sized six story beachfront property located in North Kihei. It offers sweeping views of Kahoolawe, Molokini and the dazzling Pacific Ocean and a friendly casual atmosphere. Fronting the property is Sugar Beach, well known for its romantic sunsets, great swimming, miles of unspoiled strolling beach and seasonal whale watching. Kihei Beach offers central air conditioning, oceanfront pool area, gas barbeques, laundry facilities and free parking. The interiors include fully equipped kitchens, cable television, free local phone service, private lanais, complimentary high-speed internet service and luxury linens supplied directly by Ali�i Resorts.
From August 1st, 2022, to approximately October 7th, 2022 the elevator at Kihei Beach will be shut down for replacement. Upper floors (2nd-6th) will only be accessible by stairs for our guests, owners.
* Minimum stay requirement of 14 nights may apply for holiday (Christmas/New Years) periods.

“Best of Maui”
We stayed here for 16 days and soon realized how unusual it is to be on beach front property. Very rare and delightful. We could not be more impressed!!! Thank you for having us!!

We pride ourselves on excellent accommodations and superior service. With timely guest feedback we can continually improve our condos for all guests. Any claims of bedbugs are immediately investigated and a professional pest control company is called in to inspect. We are pleased to report that all professional reports in Alii Resorts history have come back clean. No reports of bedbugs have been made regarding this condo. While this is great news, we have learned that these critters can attach themselves to luggage during air travel whether you are in the main cabin or your luggage has been checked with all other passenger luggage. We recommend taking precautions to help protect yourself and your ohana. You will find numerous articles online as to how to best do this. Mahalo, The Management & Staff of Alii Resorts

“A great family time”
We enjoyed unit 509 and 203. Both were well stocked units. Kihei Beach Resort has been home for our bi-yearly family trips since 1980. Amazing how well cared for the place is after all these years.
