SaskatoonSpotless oceanfront condo with amazing view

Kihei Beach Resort is a well kept facility, #305 was very clean, modern and had a great view. Loved having my own bathroom!!
The location is good- quieter than the main Kihei beach area- across the street from a farmer's market and aBC store, but only a few minutes drive to Kamoale beaches and Wailea. Will definitely go back. Ali'i Resorts had great customer service, very prompt and helpful. -
Thinking of Maui
Seattle, WAVery pleasant first experience on Maui
Left on 02/09/2013 for a stay in January 2013
Never having been to Maui, I obsessed for far too long about where to stay - long enough that a lot of my first choices ended up getting booked. So I was a bit worried about this rental, but it turned out to be just what we wanted. The location on the north end of Kihei was great. Kihei is centrally located so it's convenient to get to all the other places you want to see on the western coast. Being on the north end means it wasn't quite as congested as the rest of Kihei can be. There's a farmer's market, ABC store and shave ice store across the street which is all you need; otherwise it's undeveloped. There is some street noise, but it's mostly drowned out by the pounding surf which is literally 30 feet from the property. The lanai is large and makes for gorgeous sunsets. There's a large stretch of beach to walk on. Not a prime beach for swimming, but close to other swimming beaches and right next door to the Kihei paddle club for an early morning boat experience. The swimming pool is rather small, but with such close beach access, it's not important. The condo itself was very nicely decorated, extremely clean and well stocked in the kitchen. There was lots of storage space. They provide snorkeling equipment, beach chairs and beach towels (would be nice to have a boogie board though). Having two bathrooms was a luxury we don't usually get when vacationing, and also really appreciated having a king sized bed. Ali'i Resorts were helpful and responsive. Mostly retired couples staying at the condo. It was very quiet. We would definitely stay there again as we felt we got a good value and liked being located on that part of the coast.

PortlandParadise at a reasonable price... And the view was great too

Our stay at Kihei Beach Resort was 9/12-9/19/12. Upon check in we were greeted by Kevin from ali'i Reaoets who let us into the condo and showed us around.
The view from our condo was phenomenal! Watching the sunset every night was a great way to have some downtime from the days' activities.
The condo is nicely decorated and has all he amenities one could need. The microwave doubles as a convection oven and we found everything we could have needed there during our stay. -

We have returned to this rental 5 or 6 times. It is centered with the beach and the building and we have loved it. This time it was obvious that those who managed the building had changed from previous visits. The parent company is great, however, we brought our families and with seven rentals for 10 days, and the present management seemed overly concerned. Love ali'i, love Kihei Beach, but for a large family we will change locations another time.

Puyallup, WA305 is wonderful
Left on 01/26/2012 for a stay in January 2012
Choosing a vacation condo is always a gamble. This time we won big! Newly remodled kitchen. Well stocked with condiments, linens, towels, etc. We loved the walk in showers in the two bathrooms. All this in addition to a wonderful ocean front view, easy access to the elevator, laundry room, wi-fi,and -- the best beach for walking on Maui. We chose to eat many meals on the balcony of our room because the view was better than any restaurant. The only annoyance was a squeaky king sized bed. We hope to return soon.

Our unit was in great condition. It would be even better if the new owner would remodel the kitchen. It is a great place to stay and would recommend this unit to our friends.

Austin, TXQuiet beach front location with comfy accommodations.
Left on 08/24/2010 for a stay in June 2010
This condo came with everything we could possibly need, including some scuba gear, boogie boards, and ice chest. Having two full bathrooms proved to be a huge bonus, as we were able to cut our "getting ready" time in half. The staff was wonderful and the views were even better. I loved that we were tucked away from some of the busier beaches, but also a short drive away from everything we wanted to do. We had a great time making breakfast with the veggies we purchased from the Farmer's Market right across the street. I would definitely book again.
