This condo was great for a large group of people (we had 12)who were out and about to explore Moab. Still felt large enough that everyone wasn't in everyone's way.
Well furnished, cute decorations, plenty of coffee pots (3 for our group, which was well appreciated!), comftorable beds.
Can't speak about the pool or hot tub as we did not use. Has games and tennis rackets!
Only complaint is that it is a bit of a drive to Moab. Not that long maybe 10 minutes or so, but turned out to be a little bit of a pain given that we had 12 people with different activities that each person wanted to do and limited availability with cars. May work better for familites and group with more cars--but over great stay! -

Great condo and location. The condo was nice and clean. The pool was supposed to be open, but it was closed which bummed us out.

Family trip to see the National Parks in az., NM., Co., and Ut.. Granny, Grandad, 3 Kids plus spouses and 4 grandkids (11 total). The Moab condo was very nice. Accomodated our group with no problem.
Location was fine. Good access to arches, Canyonlands, Co. River, and downtown Moab. All specially enjoyed the pool after long days of sightseeing and taking pictures. Would recommend to anyone planning a trip to the Moab area. -

We actually ended up here on a fluke because we were asked to give up our original condo on the main drag due to a movie crew needing it. Turned out to be the best thing that could happen. This condo is huge and extremely clean and comfy. It had everything we needed and was very close to all the surrounding parks without being right in the middle of town. It's only about 10 min drive to get into downtown Moab as well.
The outside patio and fire pit was terrific after a long day hiking to just kick back and relax.
I will also add that we locked ourselves out one night and the rental place was kind enough to come out and get us back in at a late hour. Although that patio was comfy enough to sleep on!
I've used this rental company before and always have a great experience. -
