We stayed for 4 1/2 months and enjoyed a large and comfortable property. The furnishings and kitchen equipment were exceptional. Dustin and alison at Moab Property Management, along with maintenance specialists, Doug and Ryan were friendly,professional, and quick to respond to our needs and any problems. Would definitely rent through Moab Property Management again!

Knoxville, TNRim View Retreat - A Treat

My family of four stayed for a week at Rim View Retreat #14 in May of 2012. The house is upscale and was very nice inside and outside. The interior of the house was spacious and the decor was lovely.
The kitchen had new appliances and an island with seating. It was also equipped to cook and feed a large group, although we were just four. Two of the bedrooms easily qualified as master bedrooms, w/queens and connecting bathrooms that were very nice and in keeping w/masters. The yard was nicely landscaped and was was semi-private although we did not spend too much time out there, rather we were sightseeing. There is a nice red rock view as well.
There was one t.v. in the loft. Although we rarely watch t.v. on vacation, we are used to t.v.s in bedrooms/family room to catch the news, etc. That is preferable to us, but was okay as we brought iPads, etc. There was wifi w/a good signal.
It was about a ten-minute drive to town. I would recommend the house highly. My family loved Moab and enjoyed very much staying at RVR #14.
