      Coffee on the balcony each morning and cocktails each evening. What more can you ask for? The views here are incredible. The condo is very comfortable, and very well equipped. On the final morning we truly were saddened to have to leave. The entire experience was a joy. We highly recommend it!

      Just as described - first time renting from an individual, so I was a little nervous, but everything went very smoothly and was handled professionally. Good communication and condo is awesome. I liked being down on the "quieter" end of the community, and the quality of the condo is amazing. Never heard a neighbor even though others where in accompanying units. Several excellent restaurants to walk to on very next block. I would stay here or at any of their properties again with complete confidence.

      My family was extremely happy with this condo located right on the ocean. The wrap around deck was the best part; private, large with lots of outdoor furniture. The view was phenomenal!. The inside of the condo is gorgeous...well maintained and full decorated
      and very comfortable. We will definitely go back there again.

      This unit is just beautiful. You won't believe how large the balcony is...with great views of the ocean and bay too. Everything is first rate, from the beautiful tile and granite bathroom counters, to the top of the line mattresses and bedding. It was a great experience to stay in this unit!

      This place "the sea terrace" was right on the beach. You could see the waves from the balcony. Of course central air and lots to do. It is on 89th street.

      THe Building is actually called the Pyramid, it's located on 95th street yes you can see the waves, the building is right on the beach, direct ocean front views from all units, the above review is confusing, it's not discussing my property.
