We've been staying at the Sea Watch for 10 years but this was our first time renting a townhouse and also renting directly from the owner rather than going through an agency. It was extremely easy and convenient. Lucio was always quick with responses either via email or telephone and was always pleasant and helpful. The unit was clean, everything was in working order, and we didn't feel like we were all on top of each other. Plenty of room for everyone. We had a wonderful vacation!
