In a totally renovated building, a charming apartment at the second floor with elevator, furnished and fully equipped, where comfort and functionality are married with maximum beauty and design with sobriety and class at the same time.
Located a few meters from via roma and via maqueda, in the core of the city where the monuments and theatres are at a breath, this comfortable and quiet holiday house, furnished and fully equipped, is composed by a living room with kitchen, two bedrooms and two services with shower.
House is equipped with indipendent heating, air conditioning inverter, internet wi-fi connection and 32" full hd flat tv. The house has also four balconies. Are available first quality linen and towels for the bathroom, and all accessories for kitchen (microwave, toaster, juicer, coffee maker, kettle, forks, knives, cups,...).
The owner offer a welcome breakfast and a free wi-fi internet connection. The price is € 480 per week for 4 people, for shorter stays, the cost is € 60 per day + € 15 for another guest. (max 4 adults). The price includes the costs except for the final cleaning. For any further information please do not hesitate to contact me either by telephone or via e-mail.
