Description
We would love to welcome you to our beautiful 4 bedroom house with plenty of light and modern touches, providing its guests with a very comfortable stay. With over 2,100 of sq ft, it features hardwood and tile floors throughout the house, tile bathrooms with a huge open space kitchen.
The house features contemporary furniture and an updated kitchen and bathrooms.
Our remodeled kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking and hosting.
Including coffee machine, toaster, pots and pans, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. The kitchen has a large space and is great for cooking in large groups. All cooking and serving tools are stocked.
We know entertainment is important and that's why we offer five flat screen HDTV's with cable and Netflix. We offer free High Speed Wifi for personal and business uses.
Dining room can comfortably fit 8 people and our living room offers HDTV cable and a DVD player for entertainment. We offer fresh towels and linens at your disposal, central heating and air conditioning, washer and dryer machines.
*There is a baby gate, a small baby bath and a few games.
Our backyard has a BBQ you can use, a basketball hoop and a nice seating area for you to relax in.
The master bedroom has a renovated in suite full bath and a sliding door access to the backyard lounge area.
Our home has been cared for with a lot of love and is well equipped with necessities to make your stay comfortable. It is perfect for large groups, families, couples and all travelers.
ROOM BREAK DOWN:
1st Room has a daybed with an included trundle underneath, perfect for rolling out to sleep another person. It offers two twin mattresses.
2nd Room has a queen bed and can sleep two people.
3rd room has two twin/single beds and is good to sleep two people.
4th room has a king bed and is good to sleep two people.
Each room offers a smart TV with Netflix and free Wifi
PARKING:
We don't have parking on the property but there's plenty of street parking and you do not need a permit to park on our street. Please pay attention to street cleaning restrictions on Monday and Tuesday.
