The townhome is a lovely home that provides the perfect ambiance for a vacation. Guests can enjoy lush green grass and the scenic beauty of the rainforest while staying here. There are many tropical plants in the garden area making it the perfect vacation home for nature lovers. The home is equipped with 2 stories’ which is decorated in Hawaiian contemporary style.

Our property is airy, spacious, and comfortable. It has 2 stories with a vaulted ceiling which flaunts a Hawaiian contemporary style. There are 2 bedrooms in this home. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king plus a queen-size sofa bed. The home can accommodate 6 people.

This home comes with a well-equipped gourmet kitchen, complete with all the equipment needed on a vacation: a massive modern fridge, smooth top oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee machine, coffee grinder, blender, and kettle. The kitchen has granite countertops, a granite bar with stools, plus a dining table, and a full-size table out on the lanai where guests can watch the traffic on the 15th fairway go by.

It also comes equipped with a 47" LED Stereo TV with a Wi-Fi capable Blue-Ray player along with broadband Wi-Fi internet, and phone calls are free anywhere in the USA or Canada.

There is also a washer and dryer inside the unit. In the utility closet, guests will find beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, and sand toys to make any day a fun day at the beach.

Barbecues are provided poolside. Condo amenities include two pools, the closer one with a beautiful waterfall, a hot tub, fitness center, and tennis courts. Beautiful beaches are just minutes away. There’s also a beach inside the resort.

The world famous Hapuna Beach is just 5 miles to the north. From the complex, visitors can enjoy views of Mauna Kea (gleaming telescope domes, and well worth a tour), the Pacific Ocean, Kohala Mountains, golf courses, and lava fields.

Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charge an additional Non-Refundable fee of $1,000.00

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
