“Vista Wikolia” Great pool for lap swimming. Condo was renovated which made a big difference

“Awesome!” This is a perfect location and the condo is very well appointed and cozy. We had a wonderful time there relaxing and enjoying the amenities. The pool is very close by and the fitness room convenient. This is a lovely condo,close to restaurant, shopping and beaches. Can't wait to return!

“One of the Best decision we made for our first trip to Hawaii” I was nervous to rent couple of phone chat we booked the vacation rental (Home). Gated and family friendly the rental night are quite and smoke free. This rental was on the 3rd floor with full privacy. It came with a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi and nice Patio facing the Golf Course. This renatl made our stay pleasant and gave feel of coming home after long day exploring Big Hawaii The Grocery stores in Queens shopping center is a rip off so recommend Costco, KTA , Foodland you will save a lot and worth drive. BTW: There are beach towels (Good Quality), Beach Chair, Ice Box and Snorkeling Gear (This was surprise)

“A wonderful home away home!” The condo was beautifully decorated, had lots of high end features (appliances, computer, tv's) and was squeaky clean! Just a wonderful place on a beautiful island. Would highly recommend.

“Best Vacation Condo Ever!” This was the most well-equipped, clean, bright & shiny vacation condo we've stayed in. Excellent location near pool, beach, and activities. Condo had new snorkel gear, boogie boards, sand toys, tennis equipment - all fresh and new. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner. Comfy beds, fresh clean linens. We enjoyed the Ocean Club daily. Plenty of nearby activities - beach, volcano, kayaking/snorkeling, fishing. Our family of four (including 5 and 7 year old boys) had a blast!

“Feels like home--but warm and sunny!” We traveled with family and were happy to be able to rent two units next door to each other (A201 & A202). We really loved the condos--the colors, furniture, and artwork really gave the units an island feel. The spacious units with cozy furnishings, comfortable beds, beach gear, well-stocked kitchen, and convenient location made our stay especially relaxing--just 10-15 min walk to shops, marketplace, and a-Bay beach. We cooked quite a bit, so the availability of olive oil, vinegars of all flavors, butter, spices, and other kitchen condiments and accoutrement's were especially appreciated. You even have the choice of brewed coffee or espresso! To save money and get more selection, rather than do most of our shopping at the Queen's marketplace, we stocked up at Costco in Kona and Foodland in Waimea. We contributed to the pantry and fridge by leaving goodies for the next visitors (just as the previous visitors had done). The 2nd floor was nice because we could keep the windows open to let the breeze through rather than use the air-conditioning. With the windows open, we were all up at 6am to the sound of squawking birds and noisy buses and trucks. Since we wanted to go running before it got too hot, the sound of birds in the morning was better than the buzzer of an alarm clock. Although we were surprised by the road noise (it was definitely enough to wake us up when the windows were open), it wasn't enough to discourage us from staying here. The other choice would be to stay on the golf course side of the building that doesn't have the sunset view and can get really windy). A202 is a bit larger (3 bathrooms) than a201, but both units had their own charm. 201 has brighter bedrooms and a bigger master bedroom, but 202 has a bigger patio table that easily seated 8 and a brighter kitchen. Last, but not least--Sylvia was a wonderful host!

“Best Big Island Experience - Unit 14C” We decided to check out Halii Kai condo on our third trip to the Big Island. The condo complex was so beautifully maintained, peaceful and provides a very residential feel. Unit 14C was beautifully decorated and very well furnished. The kitchen was well equipped and came with all high end appliances. Peggy even provided bottled water and a six pack of Heineken in the refrigerator for us. We had plenty of linen, pillow, etc. to make us feel completely at home. We were able to use the beach chairs and body boards during our stay. We brought our own snorkeling equipment. Next time, we might try out the tennis and basketball courts since Peggy provide racquets and balls too. From the lanai, we had a beautiful ocean front view. We watched the whale cavorting in the water all week. There is access to the Trail by the Sea but the closest beach access are those by the Hilton or the Marriott. It was a pleasure to work with Peggy through out the process. We cannot wait to come back for another relaxing vacation at Halii Kai, Unit 14C.

“Terrific Sunrise View!” Although we have vacationed in Waikoloa 8 times in the last 10 years, this was our first stay in a condo. We could not be more pleased with our choice. Sylvia made booking and check in a breeze, and provided additional information on what to do during our stay. The unit itself was ideal! Plenty of room, wonderfully decorated throughout, with a well equipped kitchen. The wrap around lanai offered plenty of room for morning coffee, reading or an after-sun beverage (or two). We used the beach chairs and cooler a few times while looking for turtles on the other side of a-Bay. The unit was quiet, with the only sounds from the road coming from the infrequent delivery truck - only noticeable when the bedroom sliding door was open to catch the morning breeze. A big bonus is the short walk to the shops and beach, it is almost not worth renting a car. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners during our stay - wonderful people that made us feel welcome, as did everyone we met at Vista Waikoloa. We highly recommend renting this unit and we will be back to this one or one of the other units from Sylvia & Rod!

“A great location for my retirement holiday with my family.” Had a little difficulty in finding the property,but once we were in the condo,we were delighted with every thing.The view,the location and the beach.the pool area was stunning,only the rowdy kids put us off from using it,We had a great experience and would definatly visit again.thankyou.

“Some good some not so good” I was dissapointed there was no phone. The kitchen utensils and glassware were minimal. When we first arrived tne microwave didn't work, a burner on the stove didn't work, and the icemaker in the fridge leaked. When we informe Marrisa, she said she would fix everything, and the microwave was replaced right away, not sure if the other 2 items were attended to. Marrisa also brought us some coffee cups. The Vista is a good property and the location is great and the price was right.
