Huge daily value! Create exciting memories, have more fun, and truly experience your destination!

Relax in this spacious, peaceful, ground floor 2 bedroom 2 bath condo sleeping up to seven in gorgeous Bear Trap Dunes, Ocean View, Delaware. 128E October Glory is a 2 minute drive to the Pavilion amenities including the pool, golf courses, tennis the restaurants and the bar. Bethany Beach is just 3.5 miles away and takes ten to twenty minutes by car during the summer. The master bedroom features a king bed and attached full bathroom. The second bedroom has one full size (double) bed, and one twin with a full bathroom just outside the room. The couch in the living room pulls out to a queen bed.

*Please bring your own linens and towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. Linens and towels can be rented locally and delivered. We recommend Gale Force Rentals.

TVs are smart TVs with internet only. Please bring your Netflix, Hulu etc. passwords.

The kitchen is well stocked and updated with everything you will need to cook for up to seven people including a K-Cup and Drip coffee maker. The back screened in porch, living and dining areas are exceptionally spacious with plenty of room for the family or friends to spread out and enjoy their time together. There are no parking fees. Barbecuing is not permitted or available.

The amenities in Bear Trap (different than the free activities below) include 27 holes of championship golf course, restaurant and bar, multiple pools, four hard true and one hard surface tennis courts and multi sport courts, and playground. There are two pools, one indoor and one outdoor with plenty of umbrellas and lounges, kiddie pools, exercise classes, hot tubs and two saunas. The outdoor facility is beautifully landscaped, clean, immaculately maintained with lifeguards always on station at both. Both are very long with one lane always open for lap swimming. There is also a reading room, weight room and cardio exercise room. Staff are courteous and diligent.

The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges a per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee (currently $55 per person per week in season) varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests must purchase amenity passes at the Bear Trap Pavilion and be prepared to show a copy of their lease. At this time there is no shuttle to the beach. Parking in Bethany Beach does require payment. Please search the internet for details about "Bethany Beach parking".

Please note: The October Glory pool in front of the house is technically not available to renters. But the main pools at the Pavilion are.

Free Activities! Included with your booking are 8 different daily activities within 45 minutes of the home. You receive one free pass to every activity, per home, per day. Passes do not accumulate. Except for the golf, these free activities are not the same as the amenities at Bear Trap such as the pools, gym etc. **The golf IS part of the free package (one free round per day, per home). Instructions for taking advantage of the free activities are sent once your booking balance is fully paid.

“Relaxing vacation”

The place was perfect. We loved the back porch to sit relax and read a book. Took advantage of the golf, pool, nearby beaches and kayaking. The place was clean and near many activities.
