This sympathetically converted stone granary combines 18th Century character with 21st century style and luxury in the beautiful rolling Herefordshire Countryside. With a large games room set in a walled garden and 8 en-suite bedrooms which sleep up to 18 this superb, spacious venue is ideal for family gatherings, reunions, group holidays and corporate hospitality.

Trevase Granary truly is a relaxing rural retreat while still easily accessible from the motorway network. Set on a working farm, it is equidistant between the historic market towns of Ross on Wye, Hereford and Monmouth, with the Forest of Dean, the beautiful Wye Valley and the Cotswolds being less than an hour away.

Trevase Granary has eight stylish and homely en-suite bedrooms, five of which are on the ground floor. The largest twin bedded room has a super wet room for those guests less able, which can be equipped with various aids. This can also be made up as a family room where two additional children can sleep on a comfortable day beds. There is also a stair lift on the oak stairs leading up to the first floor. Another ground floor bedroom has an en suite wet room for less able guests. The double bedrooms have comfortable 5' wide double beds, the twin bedrooms with 3' wide beds are all made up with egyptian cotton sheets, and fluffy towels. There are some en suites with baths and other with showers to suit your preference. There are three bedrooms on the second floor, one of which is reached by a curved oak staircase, giving the room its own identity. All of the rooms on this floor have exposed oak beams and breathtaking views.

On the first floor are the living areas. There are two seating areas: a television room, complete with large smart TV and D.V.D player with gas 'wood burner' making this a cosy room in winter. The other sitting room features a large picture window with views to the Black Mountains and comfy leather sofas with a selection of books to hand. It is alongside the impressive dining room with large table that can seat up to 20 under exposed oak timbers and wrought iron chandeliers to help ensure a really special meal. A stunning, handmade, fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the dining room with everything needed to cater for all; granite worktops, a large dual fuel range cooker, three fridges, two freezers, microwave, George Forman grill, two dishwashers and two sinks.

Trevase Granary also boasts a walled garden for the exclusive use of guests. Within it is a large games room complete with table tennis, pool table, table football, Xbox 360 and a hot tub which overlooks wonderful views of the Black Mountains. The games room has a paved patio area for alfresco dining with plenty of outdoor furniture which overlooks the lawn. A large gas BBQ and pizza oven are provided. This private area is perfect for football or cricket and some outdoor toys and assorted games equipment are provided. We have also installed a fully equipped bar area into the games room (including wine cooler, beer fridge, glasses, cocktail accessories/recipes & ice bucket).

Adjoining the Granary is a utilities block with a laundry room complete with washing machine and drier. On the farm is a five acre coarse fishing lake stocked with carp, tench, roach and bream which guests can fish. Guests must provide their own fishing equipment and licence. There is also secure storage for bicycles, fishing rods, etc. and fenced parking for at least eight cars with 3 EV chargers.
