ACCOMODATIONS: Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths (Sleeps 7-9) This is a Huge 2,060 sq. ft. single-level $1.9M townhome in an oceanfront COMPLEX. Pool, spa and amazing sunsets. Only 9 units in this high-end boutique compound.

DESCRIPTION: 5 Star Accommodations - Granite counter tops, travertine and flat-screen televisions. This is a Huge 2,060 sq. ft. single-level $1.9M townhome! This quiet unit has three very large bedrooms and bathrooms; an ocean-breeze balcony; private stairs to the beach, pool and Jacuzzi; and chaise lounges, tables and chairs for relaxing!

Located on Moonlight Beach and one block from the playground, it has pedestrian and vehicle security gates; a wood-burning fireplace in the living room; two master suites, plus a third bedroom and bathroom; a gourmet chef's kitchen that features granite countertops and faces out to the living and dining room! The western suite has a king-size bed and cable TV. The eastern master suite also has a king-size bed with private bathroom. Bedroom three has one twin bed and one twin-over-full bunk bed.

The living room has cable, 3D TV with, and a DVD player. Free Netflix movies. On-site parking is a private garage for two cars. The townhome has the finest location for a resort property, while still being within city limits! Striking "Old World" Spanish architecture and tropical surroundings set the mood for relaxation along with the large swimming pool and eight-person jacuzzi spa. This gorgeous unit is adjacent to the Historic Pacific Coast Highway Beach Business District and is in very close proximity to the white sandy beaches of Moonlight Beach -- the focal point of all summer activities in the city of Encinitas. The beach sports a permanent lifeguard tower, tennis court, tot lot, concession stand, fire rings, showers and public facilities. Summer water temperatures can reach 75 degrees, which is perfect for a bathing suit, and the waves are frequently shaped well for anyone who would like to try their hand at surfing.

We are located on Moonlight Beach and one block away to Moonlight Beach playground, There is a new snack bar and picnic area with fire pits. All new concession stand, beach rentals, playground, restrooms & showers. Two blocks away is Coast Highway 101 with a multitude of gourmet restaurants/cafes, shopping, La Paloma movie theatre, yoga studios and day spas. With nearly perfect year-round temperatures the outdoors is what locals and vacationers alike relish. Ride bikes, swim, stroll the beach, play volleyball or read a book in the warm sand. For the kids, Legoland is 10 minute drive. San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, Padres & downtown is a 25 minute drive. Plan a day trip to Disneyland (1 hr. drive) or just stay local and enjoy this lovely beach town.
