WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY IN SUMMER (SATURDAY TO SATURDAY)
Only two blocks south of the 24th Street Stage and the Old Coast Guard Station, Kamla Condominiums are in the heart of the Boardwalk, at the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Whether soaking up the sun on the beach, people-watching on the Boardwalk, or taking in the nightlife along Atlantic Avenue, Kamla is your ideal vacation home. And if you get tired of the beach, Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens Amusement Park, and Water Country USA are only one hour away. Kamla is a privately owned, 15-unit, six-story, oceanfront condominium complex, located on the Virginia Beach Boardwalk at 22nd Street and Atlantic Avenue.
Our two-bedroom/two-bath home is located in the center of the building on the fifth floor (with elevator access). A full-width balcony runs along the beach side of the condo, allowing unequaled ocean views. Sliding glass doors give access to the balcony from both the family room and master bedroom. Our unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized after every rental, at no extra cost and we have a HALO LED whole house air purification system is installed in the HVAC system. Kamla is a smoke/vape free building.
Due to short term rental rules established by the City of Virginia Beach overnight occupancy of all units in our building is limited to a maximum of 4 adults and two children under the age of 16.

“Awsome”
Had a fantastic time. Condo was excellent . The only down side is we could only spend 3 days in the ocean Thanks to hurricane off the coast.
