Description

This is a wonderful platinum rated 2800 square ft 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home offering luxury accommodations coupled with privacy. It's just 1.9 miles from the center of Vail Village and a 60 second walk to the free shuttle (runs every 15 minutes during ski season)! Two story rock fireplace, private hot tub, modern fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi, large flat screen HDTV, dining table seats 8, garage parking, comfy beds, nice linens and great mountain views from every room! Please take the time to read our reviews!

There are 3 spacious bedrooms, all with wonderful mountain views! We have sleeping spaces for a maximum of 9 guests. 2 Bedrooms each have queen beds. The third bedroom has a double bed with a single bed loft and a single foldout sleeper chair. This bedroom also has it's own private deck. There is also a comfortable (really) sleeper sofa in the living room.

The house is located in Vail at the base of Booth Falls Trail, a National Park Service trail which ascends up to waterfalls and a pristine alpine lake....snowshoe up in the winter or hike in the summer! It is across the street from the prestigious Vail Mountain School's soccer field with unspoiled Rocky Mountain views all around, but still, so close to all the action in Vail. Sorry, no pets, no smoking.

Response from the owner Hello Emily, I'm so sorry you you less than 100% happy with the Vail house. We try very hard to exceed the expectations of our guests and constantly reinvest in furnishings and other improvements to enhance the experience our guests have while visiting. It's very difficult to please everyone when there are variable guest preferences regarding mattress firmness. Other guests have reported our beds were quite comfy and have actually raved about them. Regarding payment, I recall you were offered several methods of payment and voluntarily chose PatPal. Please accept my sincerest apologies for any misunderstand. I have contacted you personally to address your concerns.
