This beautiful bungalow has been completely remodeled and has many amenities. It is perfect for a family, couple's getaway, or the business traveler that enjoys a home environment vs. a cold hotel room. The furniture in the home adds a pleasant warmth in a contemporary beachy style. Light the fireplace, open a bottle of wine, relax in the spa, or watch the world go by while rocking on the front porch. Go on a bike ride, explore all the fantastic shops on retro row, bars, restaurants, and many, many other attractions the area has to offer.
The outside has a hot tub, BBQ, a large cabana, a hightop table, and seating around the gas-fed fireplace table. The inside features a well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, large refrigerator, washer/dryer, jacuzzi tub, central air conditioning, fireplace, and more. We provide beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, towels, sand toys, volleyball, ice chests, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, linens, paper towels, some condiments, spices, baby items (upon request), high-quality reverse osmosis drinking water, every room has cable, DVR, HBO, Prime, and PLEX. The home is carbon-neutral and entirely powered by solar so run the A/C guilt-free :)! The house has a high-speed WiFi connection at (100mbps/100mbps), full alarm system w/ easy to use voice-activated home automation. There is lots of parking for one-three cars.
Long Beach offers a fantastic array of art galleries and museums, cafes and restaurants, unique shops, nightlife, theater, history, boating, and every water activity. There is truly something for everyone here. Come, relax, play, and enjoy a beautiful home away from home.
