This 5th-floor condo in exclusive Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock is charming inside and offers some of the best views in the area.
Designer-furnished and offering almost every interior upgrade imaginable, this is truly an exceptional residence.
This single-level condominium is accessible by both elevator and stairs and provides 1344 square feet of exquisite living space, plus a huge balcony of over 300 sq. ft. As you enter the foyer, you'll be greeted by ten-foot ceilings, tiled floors, and a breathtaking view of the ocean through the large windows and sliding glass door to the balcony.
The gourmet kitchen features pristine stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and all the appliances needed to cook for your family and friends. The dining room is ready for candlelight dinners, family gatherings, or anything in between. The living room has generous amounts of seating arranged to take advantage of the breathtaking ocean views.
There are three bedrooms and two baths. The master suite off the living room has a king-size bed and is equipped with a TV/DVD/VCR. The master bath has a combined, his-and-her vanity, a large Jacuzzi tub, and a separate shower stall.
Located off the entry hallway are two beautifully decorated and comfortable guest bedrooms, a second bathroom and a laundry area complete with full size washer and dryer. One guest room has a queen size bed while the other has a set of extra-long twin beds.
The huge oceanfront balcony is ready for dining or relaxing as you enjoy the sound of the surf, the smell of the crisp salt air, the sight of moonlight shimmering on the ocean, and possibly some putting or chipping on the eighth green.
This condominium building is located just a short walk from the two Cinnamon beach clubhouses. The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment. The ideal place to watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening sea breeze, it includes a spectacular lap pool, a viewing tower overlooking the ocean, and chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach. With the brand-new boardwalk right next to this building you will have your toes in the sand in no time.
The livelier Lake Clubhouse includes the Cinnamon Grille, an excellent fitness facility, a family pool with a spray ground, a teen center with foosball and air hockey, and an entertainment room with a billiards table, all with views of the freshwater lake.
With six area golf courses and the proximity to the World Golf Village in St Augustine and the TPC at Ponte Vedra, this is truly a golfer's paradise. Add the dazzling cinnamon-colored beach and sensational pools and you have the perfect family vacation location.
