Description

Our condo is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 1900 sq. ft. penthouse unit located on one end of the top two floors of the Decatur Building in Keystone, Colorado. We have spectacular mountain views from large windows on three sides as well as from our atrium area with vaulted windows on the ceiling. There is an elevator in the building. We also have a separate pool building with an indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and decks with sliding doors for summer tanning. We overlook the Keystone slopes, but a ski shuttle stops in front of our building every 30 minutes.
Summers are wonderful in Keystone. There are two award winning golf courses, paddle boating and kayaking on Keystone Lake, playgrounds for the children, hiking, fishing, river rafting nearby, and many outdoor activities. There are also restaurants and shops within walking distance. Every weekend in the summer there are special activities going on. The 4th of July Celebration is spectacular. There are also symphony concerts, wine tastings, bluegrass festivals, etc.
Our published rates include the 6% sales tax and cleaning charges.

“Amazing!!!”

I stayed in the Decatur lodge and absolutely loved it! Gorgeous view. Extremely cozy and we loved the Woodburning fireplace. We didn't want to leave. I will definitely book there again!!

Response from the owner First of all, this reviewer was never a registered guest in our condo. The reservation was not through Flip Key, and the registered guest sent a very positive review to another listing site. Also, we have had hundreds of guests in our condo, and there has never been a complaint about the cleanliness of the unit. Keystone cleans and services our condo as it probably does all of the Keystone condos. Spring cleans are usually done in late April, after the ski season. Guests are told that they can call the front desk if they have any needs or complaints. I sent this review to our manager who forwarded it to housekeeping. But this is the first complaint I have ever received.

Response from the owner The condo has twelve sets of towels when guests arrive, four sets in each bathroom. You only have to call housekeeping if you need more. Towels for the pool and hot tub are furnished. You don't need to bring your own. Keystone participates in recycling, and there are trash containers in the garage. It is the door to the right of the elevator. I think the location might be unclear to guests, and I apologize for that. The extra linings are usually stored in the cupboard beneath the sink.
