Perfect location! M Hotel is across the street with 2 outdoor pools, spa, gym, and restaurants. 10 Mins from the strip. The home is 15 mins to Convention Center (20 mins) Close to the Airport too! (13 mins) Near The District Shopping area and restaurants. Near outlet malls and the Town Square Shopping mall on Las Vegas Blvd. Very close to South Point Casino (3.4 miles or 9 mins). The M Hotel is 3 minutes away.

Very near Henderson, The Green Valley Ranch Hotel (12 minutes) and Anthem.

Perfect location!!! This elegant home is turnkey and conveniently located 10-12 minutes from the strip, across the street from the M Hotel off St. Rose Parkway, with access to full amenities at the M Hotel such as pool, gym, day spa, dining and entertainment. Close to the airport (10-12 minutes) and close to the Green Valley Ranch hotel (10-15 minutes).

Great restaurants nearby. Across the street, the M hotel pool, spa and amenities are accessible. If you do not require the whole house, we ALSO lease Private Room bedroom rentals for a more affordable option. Please send inquiry.

I am available for questions and I'm happy to assist guests with getting acquainted with Las Vegas. Guests have the entire home to themselves as I live off-premises.

Great for adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We've enjoyed great guests who have stayed at our property, ranging from 6 hikers who hiked in Red Rock Canyon to corporate travelers looking for a temporary stay, to convention attendees, to Baby Boomers visiting their loved ones. And we have enjoyed them all!

Info for Getting to the LV Strip in 10 Mins/Avoid the Traffic Jams You take the I-15 north to Spring Mountain Rd East - to LV Blvd. so you have to stay on the left side of the exit. The . Spring Mountain Rd exit takes you to the strip - which is the corner of Treasure Island on the right. Palazzo is straight ahead, past the strip on the right side. Or, you can turn left on the strip and go to the Wynn hotel and the Fashion Mall. It takes 10 mins and u beat all the traffic.

House rules

Large groups are allowed (up to 6-7 people), this is a very comfortable home with 3 bedrooms upstairs. In consideration of our neighbors, no parties, please. Great home for the family. Pets are allowed, though we charge an extra pet cleaning fee. If you need anything, please don't hesitate to ask.
