Decorated with a Hawaiian elegant finish that has everything one could want while vacationing. Newly remodeled with One-Of-The-Kind-Travertine floor, Elegant-Beachy-Color scheme and many new appliances including WASHER & DRYER.
KOLEA IS THE ONLY GATED LUXURIOUS CONDO COMMUNITY WITH DIRECT BEACH ACCESS in Waikoloa that has several features such as:

The unit is richly furnished along with High End Electronics and Appliances, Central air conditioning, Ceiling fans throughout, Granite countertops, Travertine floors, African mahogany crown molding and cabinetry.
The lanai features Teak wood cabinetry, an outdoor living/dining area, with a gourmet Viking gas grill & rotisserie, along with a refrigerator. The retractable pocket doors bring together the lanai and living areas in a natural flow.
You will have a spacious 1270 square-foot living area plus a 150 square-foot lanai.
This two-bedroom penthouse villa includes a king bed in the master bedroom and a 42' plasma with High-definition DVD & cable service, a large master bath that has a separate oversized shower, and a luxurious soaking tub, double sinks with natural stone finishes.
