Description

1 Island Square is a beautiful, Grade 2 listed cottage in the heart of the old fisherman's area of St. Ives Cornwall. It has been awarded 4 stars by the Visit England Self-Catering National Quality Assessment Scheme.

It is ideally located being less than a minute to the harbour and only a few minutes walk from three of St Ives superb beaches, the world famous Tate Art Gallery and all of the shopping and restaurants that St Ives has to offer. For those who like to indulge in real Cornish Cream Teas, there are a variety of proper tea shops close by. For those aficionados of barista coffee try the Mount Zion Coffee shop just around the corner - highly praised on TripAdvisor.

1 Island Square is very spacious for this old fishing area of St Ives.It has a large living room with a separate kitchen/dining room covering the whole of the lower ground floor. There are large flat screen televisions in both the living room and dining area. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the house. It has three bedrooms ( one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with twin beds and one bedroom with a single bed) and sleeps five people comfortably.
