Located in Downtown Long Beach's Newest High Rise Complex! The condo is very bright & well designed ready for relaxation. Facing West & North, the mid-day sun allows for lazy afternoons and beautiful sunsets.. The extra large (20'x10') balcony has a large table w/6 chairs making it perfect for alfresco dining. There is a fully equipped kitchen with in unit stackable washer and dryer. All pots and pans, food pantry, small and large appliances are included. The custom 'bottom up' window coverings ensure for maximum shade inside and the blackout shades in both the bedrooms allow for sleep anytime of day. The buildings new, built in 2007, and offers the best of amenities including an outdoor heated pool, hot tub and dry sauna. There are lots of meeting rooms and quiet common area space including 2 well equipped gyms. 2 side by side secured parking spaces are also included.

The condo is close to the best of everything Long Beach has to offer! The convention center, the Pike, the Aquarium, and the Catalina Express, are all within walking distance. The trendy Pine Street corridor is just three blocks away, and many restaurants, shopping, cinemas and theatres are all within walking distance. The building is conveniently located at the end of the 710 freeway so getting to places in and around Southern California including Disneyland, the Long Beach Airport, Orange County and the South Bay are very easy. The terminus of the Blue Line is also three blocks away making commuting to downtown Los Angeles or Union Station very easy. This is the perfect location to start or end your stay in Long Beach. Two bikes included. New ceiling fan in master bedroom. The West Ocean Home Owners Association requires a minimum stay of 30 days.
