Chateau Chaumont #4 is a perfectly located, deluxe rated two-bedroom, two bathroom condo on the first floor in the Aspen core. The expansive living room, where old Hollywood meets Rock and Roll, showcases a large, comfy, red leather wraparound couch, framed legendary album covers and musical instruments. The updated designer kitchen is a chef's dream with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and custom lighting. It is open to the living area with a gorgeous breakfast bar. The perfect place for entertaining and socializing with family and friends after a day spent on the mountain, soaking in the great outdoors. Although there is a wood burning fireplace in the condo, all the chimneys in the condo complex are undergoing a safety inspection and cannot be used. The fireplace is out of commission, indefinitely, until further notice. Bose sound system, iPod and smart phone docks, wireless internet, washer and dryer, and off-street parking. Upon entering the condo you will find stools for taking your boots off, coat racks and a cubby to store extra gear. The master bedroom has a brand-new upgraded king size mattress, mattress topper, and pillows. The guest bedroom has a new queen size mattress, mattress topper, and pillows. Your Aspen nights will be dreamy. This beautiful condo accommodates up to four people with a twin-size sleeper chair in the living room. Chateau Chaumont has a perfect location in the downtown core and is just 100 yards from the Aspen Mountain gondola, and Aspen's world class shopping, dining, and skiing are all right outside the door. Walking distance to everything and place is cute and clean!!! Exactly as pictured. Would definitely stay again!
