Description

Enjoy your vacation at Tiffanie by the Sea in mid-town Ocean City Maryland at 55th Street. Our unit is ocean block, just 100 yards from the beach!

This is a well maintained family owned 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, fully equipped kitchen (appliances updated in 2022) with washer dryer, Wi-Fi, SMART TVs, cable, sleeps 5.

Unique open floor plan offers bright and spacious living area. Outdoor balcony faces south overlooking open space with no buildings, providing privacy and quiet atmosphere.

Unit is on elevated first floor, over a covered parking area. Two assigned parking spaces, outdoor pool area with baby pool.

Master bedroom includes queen size bed with pillow top mattress, vanity with sink, SMART TV, and private bathroom and shower. Second bedroom includes 1 double bed, 1 daybed (twin), full closet. (We do not supply the sheets for the beds or bath towels. But there are ample pillows and blankets!) Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances updated in 2022, and has a Keurig Brewing System.

Refundable $175 Security deposit. The rental deposit of 20% down is non-refundable. Add 11.0% Tax to rates listed in rate schedule. RENTALS ARE 3:00 PM SATURDAY TO 10:00 AM SATURDAY.

NON-SMOKING UNIT. NO PETS ALLOWED.

We don't rent to High School Seniors or College students. Minimum age to rent is 25.
