The unit on Lark Lane is located in midtown Ocean City where renters can easily enjoy biking on the boardwalk, people watching, riding the carnival rides, swimming in the ocean, and eating lots of resort food but far enough away to feel the privacy and serenity of an ideal vacation. Watch as the peaceful bay comes alive each morning as well as comes to a close every evening as the sun sets. Have fun in the sun at the wonderful beach and boardwalk located just blocks from the unit. This is a beautiful, 3 BR, 2 Bath, 1,200 square foot rental with 4 sweeping vistas of the Ocean City Skyline and Assawoman Bay. The property is conveniently located on 27th Street in the town of Ocean City. You will be minutes away from the beach, the boardwalk, restaurants, and many local businesses. On the first floor of the Condo, one will enjoy bay views from the living area, which is accented with a large deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with upgraded appliances and all needed kitchen utensils. The bedroom on this level is furnished with 1 bunk bed (twin over full), and 1 twin bed and a private balcony awaits its tenants. This bedroom has an updated, full size bathroom right beside it. Also, on the first level you will find a full size front loading washer and dryer. On the second floor, a bedroom is located with a queen size bed, and an elegant full bathroom can be found with a walk-in tile shower. Enjoy views off the adjoining deck. One additional bedroom (with a twin over full size bunkbed with twin trundle) is apparent on this floor. This bedroom has a exclusive balcony with large private deck with picnic table and chairs and shares the full bathroom. Guests need to bring their own sheets for the beds and towels for the bathrooms.

Getting around

Ocean city is a 10 mile long Island. There are public buses that will take you anywhere in town. A ticket for the bus is $3 for the day. You can use it as many times as you want per day. The closest bus stop to the property is a 5-10 minute walk. There are two private parking spots for your vehicles at the property also.

Response from the owner The closet door was damaged by the previous tenant and a new one had been ordered but did not arrive yet. I am not sure why this guest said the place was dirty... It was cleaned as it always is and I have rarely had complaints about this in the past.

This guest was asked to leave after the police were called on them for doing illegal things. This is the reason for the negative review. I welcome all groups and rarely have any problems.
