Our Condo is conveniently located in Spring Valley, ideal for exploring Las Vegas! We are located just 5 minutes to the South end of the strip, 13 minutes from the airport in a peaceful gated community within walking distance to Spring Valley Hospital for travel Nurses and Medical Staff. The Condo has Vaulted Ceilings in the living area and Kitchen with two Master Bedroom Suites. Both bedrooms have comfortable Premium Pillow Top Queen Beds, fine linens, blackout blinds. The Kitchen is Fully Equipped and there is a Washer & Dryer located inside the Condo. High Speed Internet and Ethernet for Home Office Setup available. Wifi password is stanleycup2023

We are established owners and hosts since 2006.

Fine Cook Ware, Fine Glassware. Washer and dryer with iron and board, Maple Hardwood Kitchen Cabinets, Wood Shutters, Gas Fireplace, Granite Counter Tops with Travertine Stone and Maple Hardwood flooring throughout. Travertine Stone Showers in both bathrooms with full bath.

“Excellent place to stay away from the Strip.”

The condo was wonderful - fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. Televisions in the living room and both bedrooms. Nicely decorated. Quiet. Excellent stay.

Response from the owner Thank you kindly for your review Evalynne. We’ve been renting this property as a vacation rental for 13 years and have had hundreds of very satisfied guests over the many years. This was the first time that we had to hold a damage deposit in 13 years due to the mess that was left behind from their Cat. Our rules clearly state “no cats allowed”. Cat dander is invisible to the eye but a dangerous health risk to those that are allergic to cats which is why we do not allow cats. The bedding, area floor rugs all had to be professionally cleaned or tossed in trash in order to make the property safe for others. Regarding the other issues stated - we received a call from Evalynne the moment they arrived at the Condo regarding an apparent issue with the WIFI. I knew for a fact they were entering the wrong password but they assured me that they were “intelligent people and knew exactly how to enter passwords correctly”. I was able to access the WiFi using the same password from my laptop, nest thermostat and iPhone which all confirmed what I was trying to explain to them. I sent my IT Tech by to troubleshoot the problem for them as a courtesy and he confirmed what I was telling them. They were NOT entering the correct password as shown in the instructions. The “Pigeon poop” was never once even brought up until after we filed the damage claim and along with it came a barrage of text message threats from Evalynne. I do not respond well to threats and take them very seriously. We are very accommodating hosts and will go above and beyond to satisfy our guests in every way possible. There are certain people in life that feel they are “entitled” to all things and feel they are above everyone else. This was by far our worst experience with any guest, ever!
