Description

Very quiet: No one above, below or behind, with sound insulated double side walls. With over 1700 sq. ft of living space and your own heated garage, this townhome is beautifully decorated in mountain décor so you can relax and enjoy the incredible mountain views from every room. There are huge windows in the living room from which you look directly at pine trees and feel like you're camping out! The pines are so refreshing with their scent, and are every color of green you can imagine! From the porch you can enjoy the sound of the stream just steps away. And we have had a baby moose walk by, as well as occasional deer and beautiful birds.

There is a gas fireplace in the living room, and a high def. flat screen TV and DVD player for watching your favorite movies. The bluetooth soundbar plays music from your devise wirelessly for the ultimate in relaxation. The huge windows and vaulted ceiling make for a peaceful, spacious setting. There is free WiFi and Comcast cable TV service.

The dining room table easily seats 8, with three bar stools at the kitchen bar. The kitchen has been updated with brand new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. You have all you need to cook a meal or just bake a pizza. Also on the main floor is a half bath.

Many ski condos have stairs everywhere, such that to unload groceries into the kitchen, you must climb stairs with your bags. With our town home, you pull into the garage, and the kitchen is just steps away on the main floor. So easy. And to go run an errand, you get to go out to your warm car in the heated garage. Makes those errands so much more pleasant!

Upstairs, the master bedroom looks out the back onto the pine forest. You can hear the stream from the king sized bed or the window seat. There is a large closet and master bath with double sinks and a jetted tub, and separate shower. You have your own flat screen TV for catching the news before you fall asleep.

Also upstairs, the second and third bedrooms look out onto Wolf Rock and share a full bath off the hallway. One has a new queen sized bed, and the other has a new queen bed with a single twin loft bed. Both have flat screen TVs, dressers, and huge closets.

The living room has a sofa sleeper that can sleep 2.

There is a washer and dryer upstairs for your convenience.

Outside, you can enjoy the wonderful fresh smell of pine trees as you sit on the porch and listen to the stream. The porch faces south so you have warm sunshine most days, even in winter. Or go take a little hike back in the forest and you'll find an even bigger stream and plenty of places to take a picnic lunch. This townhome is in a beautiful and quiet location where you don't have to listen to road noise.

There is a brand new in ground hot tub in Ski Tip Ranch for you to use across the street. You also have free keyed access to the pool and hot tubs in the Dakota Lodge in River Run.

The historic Ski Tip Lodge is a one minute walk for you to enjoy a five star dining experience that draws people from all over Summit County.

During ski season, choose from two shuttle stops where the shuttle bus picks up every 20 minutes to take you directly to the lifts, or you can walk the half mile yourself for skiing or shopping or getting something to eat in one of the great restaurants in River Run, the newest village of Keystone resort.

The shuttle stops on both sides of condo. One stop has shuttle stops at 2,22 and 42 past each hour. The other side has shuttle stops at 8, 28 and 48 past each hour. Very convenient! And extremely reliable. During off season or after normal hours, the shuttle comes when you call them. So easy.
