Location, location, location.......and character and history!! The Whitehead Home is a beautiful family home built in late eighteen hundreds and is located in the historic district of St George. Come and add to the history of this old home and make wonderful memories with your family/group. You'll enjoy seeing the original adobe brick walls, original doors, and window casing of the dear Whitehead Home. It has been preserved and remodeled with all of the latest conveniences. There is plenty of room to be together and enough rooms to have your privacy. Five bedrooms have private bathrooms, every room (except five) have a large flat screen TV with cable HD TV. The living room has a extra large Four k with Roku flat screen TV. The family room also has a extra large flat screen and is connected to bedroom Two. The living room and family room have a blu ray player. The dining room has a brand new Twelve-piece dining set, six ft. foldout table with 6 chairs, and a card table with 4 chairs, and there is a Thirteen piece outdoor patio set right off of the dining room (seats twelve) There are four barstools at the kitchen island as well, so there is a good amount of seating. Bedrooms feature three new king semi firm mattress, four queen pillowtop mattresses and five twin mattresses. Some of the great features of this property include: five burner patio grill with propane tanks included. Home has wifi with Google router to boost reception. Some DVD and Blu ray movies available.**Seven bedrooms with six having full bathrooms. In addition there are two half baths** Four of the ensuite have tubs and showers. Two have showers only. Room one which has a roll-in shower only and is handicapped accessible**We also provide bath amenities, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, blow dryers, makeup wipes, shower caps, and lip balm** A "Kids Nook" is under the stairs. ** Fully stocked kitchen, ** Beautiful appliances which include built in double oven, built in microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer An extra fridge is located in the front storage room/half bath**Other small appliances are kitchen-aid mixer, rice cooker, crockpot, electric griddle, kitchen-aid mixer, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and electric kettle. Dishsoap, hand soap and dishwasher tabs are provided.**Washer and dryer are provided along with laundry soap and dryer sheets. Two Irons and Ironing boards.
**Location is key, and this property is in a prime spot. ** Located in the heart of historic district, a short walk to ancestor square. ** Two blocks from the St George marathon course** Located on the St George Ironman course, watch from the front porch!!** Walk to Ten Restaurants within four blocks** Only a block from the Brigham Young home** Antique shops and Boutique shopping**Art Galleries**Just down the hill from the Dixie Rock**Two walking blocks to park with splash pad, small lazy river, children's museum, and an old fashioned Merry Go Round.
St. George is a very safe area, however for insurance proposes the home is monitored by Vivant Alarm Systems including safety cameras (installed on outside of the home, facing driveway).This is a legal vacation rental approved by the city with a conditional use permit.
