3rd floor condo totally renovated with new everything...a short walk to the beach off 28th street with easy access to the Boardwalk. Two Bicycles available for your use. Smoking is not allowed inside the Condo but on the Outside Deck. Need to bring all bed linen including pillow cases. Has 1 Queen Bed, Full and Twin so Sleeps 4 Max...Rather not have anyone sleeping on the couch.

Everything in this Condo is New and ready for you to Enjoy OCMD.

“Wonderful Stay”

The place was wonderful, clean and Perry was quick to respond to any questions we had. It was a perfect place for our weekend girls trip to the beach. Would definitely stay there again!

“Perfect getaway for a few days”

The condo was great! Very clean and nice inside. Loved sitting out on the deck overlooking the bay. Owners were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Response from the owner This Renter was a Drama Queen and the review was unwarranted and will explain as the Owner of the Condo that we did not deserve the rating provided with Owning the Condo the last 5 years with Great Renters and Reviews. The Condo consists of 3 buildings with 45 Condos that were being renovated the last 2 years to upgrade all windows, doors and siding, including a new high efficiency heat pump in our Condo. We did not rent our Condo during the renovation to not inconvenience Renters during the Construction. The 2 weeks before this rental we gave a full refund because the Condo renovations were behind schedule and gave 100% refund to the Renters and paid $150 cancellation fee with Trip Advisor for each cancellation. As the Owner Trip Advisor will not allow cancellations unless we pay them a $150 fee for each cancellation. We were told by the Condo Association the Condo was 100% completed so we rented for this particular week but found out a Ocean City Inspection needed a disconnect with the new heat pump and a couple minor changes to meet Ocean City Code for final inspection with the Renovations. I offered a full refund with 1st contact on the 1st Day with the Drama Queen and explained the work that needed done for OCMD final Inspection but told a Refund was not needed. The Mexicans this Drama Queen is referring to are hard working family guys and nobody was pounding on the door. The Owner of the Company (Non Mexican and English speaking) called me and indicated they knocked on the door for access a couple times and never came in unless the door was opened and they provided access even though the Contractor had a access code...WOW DRAMA QUEENS The Contractor knocked on the door 5 or 6 times versus 30 minutes and the Renters were on the outside deck with loud music and did not hear the knocking on the door. It is unfortunate the OCMD inspections with the 2 year renovations impacted this Renter but this has been totally overblown. I would have easily provided a week at their choice next summer at my expense due to their minor inconvenience but they have overblown their experience and clearly don't like Mexican Workers that are Great People and Workers. “Comfortable condo”

Perfect location with lovely sunset views. The condo features cute coastal decor and is an end unit with lots of windows and a balcony. The bed was quite comfy!
