Luxury furnished this stunning home is the perfect getaway for families and business people. This new home is appointed with modern designer touches in every room.
All bedrooms at The Casa Mia feature quality furnishings and have televisions with cable TV. The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen television, large make-up vanity and a large private shower, bathtub and walk-in closet. The master is also connected to the office area which features direct access to the pool area.
The backyard area features pool, spa, BBQ and outstanding views of Red Rock mountains.
Beds: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Queen, - Sleeps 5-6.
1800sq ft. No smoking, No pets.

Response from the owner Nothing is hidden if you read the listing . All black on white and straightforward in the listing . Her service animal damaged the front door which isn’t acceptable even it’s a service dog. That’s why damage deposit is charged on the first place and used to cover the damages made by guests or their service pets. House is located in the family neighborhood and to protect the neighbors night parties after midnight aren’t allowed. If you are looking for late night hanging out hotel would be a better option

“Villa in Vegas”
We have traveled to Las Vegas for some years now and alway stayed on the strip in one of the big hotels. We return to Vegas as a great base to travel around the west coast, the fabulous weather and the nicest people you could ever meet. So we decided to look at staying in a villa away form the strip and this Villa didn’t disappoint! It is on two levels so if you our going to share you will still have privacy. Pool area was beautiful and has the sunshine from around 10am, fully light at night while you can sit on the balcony and watch the sun go down. BBQ was a great addition too. About 9 miles from the strip ($18 in a Uber) and surrounded with local eateries, shops and gas stations. Antonia was a on hand should we have needed him. Would return.
