Welcome to Ridgepoint townhomes, the ideal location for your next summer or winter mountain excursion!

Located behind the gates of Beaver Creek in the prestigious Ridgepoint community, 188 is your perfect home away from home. This grand 5 level 3 bedroom, 3 full bath townhome features an extra sleeping loft and a nicely updated kitchen. The master bedroom and en-suite master bathroom are on the private ground level along with the entryway and mud room.

The sunny guest bedrooms and 2nd bathroom are on the second level a few steps away from the ground floor. Up on the third level is the spacious living room with 25' vaulted ceilings and an elegant floor-to-ceiling stone-wrapped gas fireplace. There is a small private patio just off the living room too. The comfy couches are a great spot to relax after a long day of hiking or skiing and are positioned nicely to watch the giant flat screen TV mounted on the wall.

Up another small flight of stairs is the kitchen, dining area, 3rd full bathroom. The dining area is perched overlooking the windows in the living room and has a dining table that seats six. The well appointed kitchen features a bar with additional seating for three and has been updated with granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. The spacious laundry room features a full-size washer and dryer; the 3rd bathroom next to it features a shower.

On the top (5th) level there is an airy loft with two twin beds that can be converted into a king and a TV, the perfect place for the kids in the group to have some private time for themselves.

The community hot tub and pool are just steps away from the front door for added convenience. Ridgepoint is a ski in/out community with access to the Lower Beaver Creek Lift. In summer enjoy golfing, horseback riding, tennis, and rafting. In winter you'll make memories in some of the best powder around at Beaver Creek mountain or perhaps take advantage of dog sled tours or snowmobiling. No matter the season, 188 Ridgepoint is the perfect choice to make home base on your next destination vacation!

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun Beaver Creek properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
