This is a gorgeous 3 bedroom (+ loft with bunk bed and futon), 2 bath home located in the hottest area of San Antonio (the northwest I-10 corridor & the center of San Antonio's explosive growth). A tropical oasis, surrounded by palm trees and your own private pool and hot tub, provides a perfect combination of tropical outdoor living, central location close to everything SA has to offer, and a well-appointed interior. If you happen to accomplish your to-do list in San Antonio, be sure to take advantage of the easy drive to Hill Country destinations Boerne, Comfort, or Fredericksburg,

Let's start with everyone's favorite features, your private POOL and HOT TUB! The pool and hot tub are the center pieces of a spectacular backyard, complete with tropical landscaping, LOTS of outdoor living space, and of course, a big 'ole gas grill, perfect for grilling family dinner! The pool is surrounded by palm trees and tropical landscaping, as well as a lounge area with four lounge chairs, and two seating areas with loveseats, chairs, and coffee tables. As you exit the back door, you can choose to sit under cover at the table, or choose from multiple lounge areas.

The beautiful weather in San Antonio affords us the luxury of having our pool open YEAR ROUND! Our pool is not heated, but history has proven December and January (and sometimes February) are really the only months it gets too cold to swim. Remember, however, this home does have a hot tub!

The interior is equally as impressive. There are 3 bedrooms with the following configuration:

Master: King-size bed

Bedroom 2: Queen

Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds

Loft: Bunk Bed (twin bed on top, and full on the bottom)

Living room: Sleeper sofa

(note: master bedroom is located downstairs)

Other interior features include 2 baths, tile floors downstairs, ready to cook-and-eat kitchen, washer and dryer, 3 flat screen TV's, wireless internet throughout, DirecTV, iron with ironing board, hair dryers, DVD players, 2 separate living areas, 3 dining areas (eat-in kitchen, bar, formal dining room), nicely updated master bath (en-suite), and much more!

Air mattresses are included for additional sleeping capacity, as well as a garage door opener for your convenience. Aside from all of the amenities, the location is perfect. Average distance to local attractions:

Downtown San Antonio (River Walk, Alamo): 10 minutes

La Cantera Fashion Mall: 5 minutes

The Rim: 5 minutes

Randolph AFB: Less than 20 minutes

Fort Sam Houston: 15 minutes

“Great house in good location”

The house was located close to theme parks and 20 minutes to downtown. The house was clean and well stocked with all we needed. The owners were very polite and helpful.

How do damage deposits work?
