Description

Welcome to an exceptional beach vacation property. This 3Bed, 4Bath, 3,000 sq. ft. custom built beach house is close to Ocean City to enjoy all the activities that it has to offer but away from all the noise so that you can relax and enjoy your ideal vacation. The property is conveniently located in very popular West Ocean City, which is next to the downtown RT. 50 bridge that connects to Ocean City. You will be minutes away from the beach, the boardwalk, the outlet stores, and the local golf courses.Its an easy trip to downtown Ocean City and the beach. You will be able to walk to the "Park and Ride" for town transit over to the island which can be beneficial if you don't want to have the hassle of finding parking in town. For people that love to fish or boat, there are 2 marinas within walking distance that would satisfy your waterman desires. Both locations also have restaurants that offer incredible seafood menus. West Ocean City offers some of the finest seafood restaurants. This is a non-smoking, three level, single family home. The driveway will accomodate 6 vehicles.

On the first floor, you will enjoy the rec room that has a pool table, custom bar, board games for the family nights in, and a sectional for watching movies. There is a 1st floor rear deck with a private backyard to enjoy.

On the second floor, the sleeping areas are divided into 3 bedrooms: the front bedroom has 2 queen beds, middle bedroom has a full bed and a Bunk bed (twin over full), the master has a queen bed with a large on suite bathroom, the hall has a full bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms to share; there is also on-site laundry.

The third floor (the main living area), shows off the surrounding views from the Kitchen and Living Rooms. 2 decks have all you need to sit down and relax after a busy day on the island. The Kitchen features quartz counters & stainless steel appliances. The Living room has a queen pull out sofa.

So Many Things To Do In The Area:

*Go to the beach to get that amazing vacation tan or go swimming in the ocean

*Walk/Run boardwalk or Bike it before 11 a.m

*Fishing- Recreational Bay fishing or Charter an Offshore Sport Fishing Boat

*Putt Putt Golf (Many locations in town)

*Have dinner on the Harbor at one of 6 great restaurants ("Sunset Grille" has been voted Maryland's #1 Restaurant)

*Go Carts

*Water Activities: Jetskis, Parasail, Kayak, Paddleboard

*Visit the wild ponies at Assateague Island (State or National Parks)

*Take a stroll in Historic Berlin, MD and shop (8 mile drive)

*Shop at the Tanger Outlets (1/2 mile from property)

If Kevin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
