This 3300 square foot 7 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home features a sand holly ball court, playground area, pool table, hockey table. There are 7 flat screen tv's through out the house. This house is about 10 minutes from The Fabulous Fremont St. Experience, about 12 minutes away from The Heart Of Las Vegas THE STRIP!! About 10 minutes away from the convention center. Near restaurants Golden Corral, Mc Donald's, Burger King, Taco Bell, El Polo Local, Wienerschnitzel, Panda Express, Pizza joints and so much more.
