This beautiful 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bathroom condo offers all the items you want for a perfect vacation! This spacious 1,625 sf. condo was brand new in 2009, and is fully furnished. Master with King Bed has a separate sitting area to get away from it all - enjoy the views, watch your favorite show, or relax in the private spa bathroom with a deep jetted tub! Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed & trundle, with access to shared buddy bath with Bedroom 3. This final bedroom has a pyramid bunk. We provide a Queen Sofa pull out in the great room for your convenience - comfortable arrangements for max of 10.

This is not your standard OC condo - it offers 9' ceilings, large living area and kitchen, spacious bedrooms, a utility room with full-sized washer and dryer, and unbeatable views of sunsets over the bay, and sunrises over the ocean. Everything you need to enjoy your time on the beach is right here! This unit has been tastefully decorated and furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs; there is beautiful ceramic tile in the kitchen, baths and great room. There is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with all you need to prepare a great meal, place settings for 12, top grade KitchenAid stainless steel appliances! Full sized refrigerator and freezer is able to store all your supplies. All the expected countertop appliances including Keurig Coffee maker are available for your use. When not on the beach enjoy the roof top pool, with more views of the ocean, bay, sunrise, sunsets; there are four beach chairs and one beach umbrella are available for your use.

Entertainment Features of this condo: New 55"flat panel LCD TV over gas fireplace, HD Cable Box, Blu-ray player, and theater surround-sound in living room. Turn on the fireplace, have a glass of wine, and put on your favorite movie on HBO, Netflix, or Prime!

Downtown Location: One of the biggest issues with the OC boardwalk is parking! Solved with the gated garage! You can park your car and walk to all that you may want to do. All the shops, amusements, bars, restaurants are a short walk away. Within 5 blocks are jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charter boats, over a dozen restaurants, miniature golf, the beach, the amusement pier with rides for all ages, video arcades, ice cream, candy, and tee shirt shops, Thrashers fries, Fishers Popcorn. All right at your doorstep. Best supermarkets are across the bridge but less than 2 miles away.

Linens are not provided but are offered as an option for a fee.
