Beautiful bay front condo features large great room for enjoying time together with your friends and family. Enjoy the bay views from the set back private balcony, take one of two elevators up to enjoy the large sun deck and pool. Take a short walk to the ocean 1.5 blocks away. Breath taking views of the bay and midtown OC are to be had. Large HD TV's in each room with HD CABLE Boxes. 3 bed 3 full baths with sleep sofa to sleep up to 10. Master bedroom has king bed walk in closet and access to a private balcony. Attached bath has jetted soaking tub with large separate shower and double sink vanity. Br # 2 has bunk bed with 2 full beds and trundle under to sleep up to 5. Br # 3 is a Second Master bedroom with queen bed and private bath. Third full bath is in hallway. Large utility room has full sized washer and dryer to keep you in clean clothes during your stay. Closet has ironing board and iron. Not your average OC Condo; 9' ceilings large spacious rooms all work to enhance your vacation experience. Ceiling fans in most rooms add to your comfort. New HVAC as well as enlarged opening over the fireplace to allow 55" LG smart TV.

Bay-side of Ocean City: It is great to have a fun day on the beach and retire to a nice bay-side condo. It is quiet, peaceful, and offers outstanding views of the sunset over the bay. Quite an experience to sit on the private balcony and enjoy the beautiful views all around you, but still be so close to all the action of Ocean City. Great room has high-end surround sound theater by Denon and Klipsch speakers. The living room area is very large by all condo standards. 2 Full sized sofa's, 2 swivel chairs with game table between allow comfortable seating for 10 occupants to hang together. The workout room has a good weight set up with treadmill as well as bikes. Spacious hallways, 2 elevators, and plenty of under the building parking.

Large Modern Kitchen: This condo features granite counter-tops, stainless appliances including dishwasher with steam cleaning option. Plenty of storage space with large cherry cabinets and pantry. Very good cookware and service for 12. Other appliances include hand blender with whisk and chopper attachments, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, knife carving set. Full kitchen utensils with mixing and storage bowls, pizza pans, cookie sheets, baking pans and various sized cutting boards. Seating is comfortable at the expandable table for 8 and 4 bar stools at the kitchen island. There is also a large table on the balcony with seating for 5. Perfect for watching the sunset while enjoying an adult beverage!

Standout Features of this Condo: In addition to all that has been stated this condo features 9' ceilings. Colorfully and tastefully decorated. Because the unit is bay front it is away from the traffic noise of Coastal Highway. Very quiet and peaceful yet so close to all the action OC has to offer! Close to your favorite restaurants and bars. Large closets in each room as well as the entrance hall allow for plenty of storage space. As many past guests have put in their reviews, the pictures do not do justice to this condo! It is spacious, with a wonderful floor plan.

Walk distance to many popular restaurants like BJ's, Rope Walk, The Bayside Skillet, and the Hobbit.

Linens are not provided but are available for a fee.
