Description

Main Street Vacation Home is a 2200 square foot, 3 bedroom Victorian-styled home located on Main Street in the center of the historic town of Breckenridge, and only a two minute walk to the Gondola.

The home is part of the Brittany Place neighborhood. The professionally landscaped property has a beautiful center courtyard and connecting sidewalks. Located in the heart of Breckenridge, you can walk to all the restaurants and shops in town. Plus you have easy access to the free Summit Stage bus service to visit other towns and ski resorts in Summit County.

This charming 2-story home features stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, cherry cabinets and granite counter tops. Amenities include a gas fireplace, outdoor hot-tub, two HDTV's, high speed wireless internet, washer/dryer and a gas grill.

There is also a one-car detached garage and limited additional parking.

The house can sleep up to ten people. The master bedroom is on the second level and features a king bed, a master bath and a private deck. There is also a queen bedroom on the second level with its own bathroom and a jetted tub. On the lower level, the third bedroom has a full/twin bunk, queen, twin and a full bath. A sofa sleeper in the downstairs TV room accommodates up to two more people.

The hot tub and gas grill are located on the back porch where you can enjoy summer dining. The front yard is a perennial/annual garden where you can enjoy the cool mountain summers.
