ENHANCED CLEANING DUE TO COVID 19! 2020-All queen beds have been replaced.

Recently updated and perfectly located 4 bedrooms and 2 bathroom duplex in the middle of downtown Rehoboth Beach! This is a great South Rehoboth location that is just 2.5 blocks from the beach and boardwalk and 1 block from Rehoboth Avenue shopping and restaurants. Just park and walk everywhere! Small pets are welcome (with a pet fee).

The four bedrooms are located on three floors. The main level bedroom has a twin bed with an en suite bathroom and a door to the back yard. Two bedrooms are located on the second level with queen beds in each room and a shared bathroom. The third-floor bedroom is accessed through one of the second-floor rooms and has two twin beds and a futon. A flat-screen TV with cable is also included in the third-floor bedroom.

The house includes central AC (a supplemental window unit is provided on the third floor), free WIFI, expanded cable TV in the living room and on the third floor, a fully stocked kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, a screened front porch (semi-private with the other side of the duplex), an outside shower, one onsite private parking spot for a small to the midsize vehicle and one on-street parking permit.

Assorted games, cards, books, movies, a beach cart, and beach chairs are provided for your enjoyment. The house is very clean, open, airy, and well maintained with lots of room for family and friends. The screened front porch is a great area for relaxing after a long day at the beach, morning coffee, or evening cocktail. Every detail has been considered for your stay! 2021- Linens are not supplied.
