4 Bedrooms (2 masters), sleeps 12 in beds, 3.5 baths 3400 square foot, 3 Story Custom Log home. Overlooking Watauga Lake near the borders of North Carolina and Tennessee the "Still Waters" Luxury Mountain Lake Cabin is an amazing sanctuary. Nestled high up on the side of the mountain deep in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains, Still Waters is still close to many activities and nearby towns to explore.

You have an absolutely gorgeous lake and mountain views of Watauga Lake and Cherokee National Forest. Close to golf, skiing, hiking, rafting, and boating.

After renting cabins ourselves for years we knew the important factors and convenience, Comfort and Privacy were at the top of our list. The great room offers an open floor plan combining living area, dining room and kitchen. This allows everyone to be together whether cooking, watching TV & playing board games at the dining room table. Folks who are on Deck are just off the great room and just a yell away. The large six person hot tub is on the lower deck which is secluded on the side of the home overlooking the water and mountain range. Boat and Jet Ski rentals available at the Local marina's.

Guests enjoy this 3 story Custom Log home 3400 sq ft. Sleeps 12 in beds. Two master bedrooms: 1 on main & 1 downstairs both have queen beds and adjoining full baths. Upstairs there are an additional 2 Large bedrooms (1 Queen size bed and a set of bunk beds in each for a total of 4 beds). The upstairs bedrooms share a large bathroom. Lots and lots of decking on both first and second level. Walk out onto decking from living area, great room, game room and bedrooms. A large 6 person hot tub is located off the lower deck outside the lower level bedroom and game room. Linens, towels, bedding, provided. Custom Spacious kitchen all appliances, dishes, and utensils. Open great room (1/2 bath) pulls together, Kitchen, Dining & Living room w/ vaulted ceiling, lots of glass, gorgeous lake views, gas log stone fireplace, large flat screen/DVD in living room and game room. Dining table seats 8-eat in kitchen has additional seating at island. Downstairs: Large Laundry room, Separate Game room features Pool Table, Large Flat screen/DVD, Decking. Nearby Boat Rentals available. There is a Canoe available at the homes Boat Slip for guests use which is included with your stay. If you bring a boat we recommend using one of the local marinas to tie your boat up overnight and putting your boat into the water.
