Our spacious, three story townhomes are fully-furnished and stocked with all you need for your visit to our wonderful city. These rentals are 5 blocks to the oceanfront and boardwalk or about an 8 to 10 minute stroll across a few main streets. This vacation home is also walkable to the Sports Center, the Convention Center, the ViBe Creative District, along with some of our favorite local restaurants, bars and coffee shops! Located in a close-knit neighborhood coined Old Beach, this rental is truly in the heart of it all. There are 9 fully-furnished short term rentals under our management on this particular property.

The houses on this property line 22nd Street with direct access to the Interstate. However, you will come and go from the quiet rear alley behind the townhouses. Back here, you will see the parking spaces for all 14 houses with walkways leading you to each house. You will enter through this back door using the keyless entry keypad.

GROUND FLOOR

This is a five-bedroom modern farmhouse-style townhome with hardwoods downstairs and plush carpet upstairs. Upon accessing the home from the rear French doors, you enter into a large, open-concept kitchen and living area. With high ceilings, a comfy living space meant for gathering with a large TV, a porch with Adirondack chairs, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and all of the cookware you need to prepare the largest of meals, you'll feel right at home.

The large laundry room, also located on the ground level just off the kitchen, comes equipped with a washer and dryer along with a vacuum, broom, iron, ironing board.

The dining room features a large farmhouse table with seating for up to 10 people. The powder room is located on the first floor for your convenience as well.

SECOND FLOOR

This house boasts five simple, beautifully decorated bedrooms which are dispersed among the second and third floors. Please note, there are steep stairs in these homes.

The primary suite, located on the second floor, features a king-sized bed, a large TV with basic cable, ceiling fan, large dresser to unpack your belongings, a very large walk-in closet with hangers, and best of all, a private balcony with rockers. The ensuite primary bathroom features a spacious standing glass shower, dual sinks and a private toilet area with an additional door for your convenience.

Also located on the second floor of this rental are two queen-size bedrooms. Each bedroom features a large closet, ceiling fans, and custom bedding. These two bedrooms share the spacious hallway bathroom which also features dual sinks, a tub-shower combination shower and a toilet.

THIRD FLOOR

The third level of this large house is home to the twin bedroom (2 twin beds) and a large loft space for lounging and TV watching, perfect for the kiddos or a place to get away for some quiet time. Additionally, facing the quiet alley area is the third and final Queen bedroom. Both of these third floor bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a sink, toilet and tub-shower combination shower.

Each house on this property offers on-site private parking for two vehicles.

We provide 2 bath towel sets per bedroom (more available upon request for a linen rental fee). This set contains a wash cloth, hand towel and bath towel. We provide a starter pack of toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, hand soaps and other essential cleaning supplies as well. Guests are responsible for replenishing their supplies as needed. There is a standard coffee maker in each home and the kitchen comes equipped with essentials for cooking and preparing meals.

We do not provide TVs in the bedrooms as we hope you vacation like a local and get out and about! So please make a note to bring your tablet or streaming device if you would like to connect in that way on your trip.

As mentioned above, all of our homes are in the heart of the Virginia Beach resort area and walking distance to the best restaurants, nightlife, and live entertainment. The Virginia Beach Convention Center, Sports Center, Virginia Museum of Contemporary Arts Center (MOCA) and the developing Atlantic Park (the 18th Street wave park and concert venue that is scheduled for completion in 2025) are within walking distance as well. In addition, there are golf courses, putt putt golf, water sports, water parks, the Aquarium, concert venues, grocery stores, parks for children, coffee shops, bars and other entertainment activities nearby within walking or driving distance.
