Contemporary Rehoboth Beach two level condo

One bedroom/sleeps 4 comfortably

The unit was recently renovated with all new floors, kitchen cabinets, tiles, paint, and new patio furniture. It was recently installed with a brand new key-less entry lock system on front door. The amenities include A/C, W/D, large patio w/grill, remote controlled open and close sky lights w/built in remote controlled shades, new carpet/furniture, sleeper sofa, Netflix/Hulu/HBOgo. The beach and all RB attractions (Rehoboth Ave shops, restaurants/bars, etc) accessible without crossing highway.

Check in and out times are flexible when it's possible. Otherwise, the check in time is 3pm and check out is at 12pm.
