Top vacation rental award winner since 2011 & sucessive years. "Travelers have continuously rated this property over many years as one of "FlipKey's / TripAdvisor's best".
This beachfront studio apartment directly overlooks Condado Beach and is located in the center of San Juan's Condado Tourist District, next to the San Juan Marriott Hotel and one block down from both 24 Hr. Walgreens & CVS Pharmacies on Condado Avenue. Close to Old San Juan, the oldest city under the US flag founded in 1521 is ready to explore just 10-15 minutes away by car or taxi. There's also a bus stop just around the corner on Ashford Avenue.
The calendar listed here may not always reflect currently availability if the other oceanfront studio apartment is available in the same building. Each apartment is located in the same oceanfront building with the same ocean view directly overlooking Condado Beach. Please let me know your exact dates and I'll let you know whether this apartment or another apartment is available. Should this apartment be reserved for the requested time period, I'll gladly send pictures and information of the other available apartment. Please note if the calendar shows reserved /blocked out dates then neither apartment is available for this time period.
Deposit payments can be made by personal or business check, bank or postal money order w/ the remaining rental balance due upon arrival along w/ the cleaning fee at this time. I've been renting for over twenty years, six of these online w/ FlipKey/TripAdvisor and have been accepting deposits directly from guests with the remaining balance due upon arrival. Please note that each homeowner and property manager with a property listed on TripAdvisor has been approved by the TripAdvisor Trust and Safety team.
