    Awsome property

Left on 03/14/2013 for a stay in February 2013

We really enjoyed our stay at #303 Lionshead arcade. Amenities were good and the location was just perfect. The 3 flights of stairs is a little annoying with ski gear, but it's something you quickly get over when you see how close to the lifts you are. The property had a little damp smell to it but again, not so bad as to lower the quality of the overall property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this place and would go back there in a heart beat.

    Awesome location and great service.

Steps from the gondola and a view of Lionshead village. Everything you need in a ski condo. The concierge hooked us up w a discount on car rental and ski rentals and saved us about a thousand dollars. The place is a lot nicer than what's pictured. Also it's a ski condo, not a Vegas penthouse so don't expect designer toothpaste. But do expect just a great condo with enough beds bathrooms and whatever else you need literally 8 seconds from it all. Definitely coming back. The folks at prudential are fantastic to work with.

Good Place if you Don't Spend much time in condo

Left on 09/14/2011 for a stay in September 2011

We found the location great - close to center of Lionshead. Disappointed in the condo - not as clean as I expected, bathrooms were very strange - you had to step up to get in and very small.Drapes drooping off of windows, dirt over doors and walls - needs a good cleaning. Advertized as "recently renovated" but didn't look like it. Tv in living room very small, hard to see as it is in a corner. It was easy to check in and out. We left it cleaner than we found it.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are going to do a thourough cleaning inpsection of the condo and deep clean. We will also repair any drapes that are dropping off the windows. This property does have a great location only steps away from the gondola. The bathrooms are a bit on the small side. We do hope to see you again.

    Lionshead Stay

Left on 07/21/2011 for a stay in July 2011

The place was roomy and comfortable.
Even with directions, it was a very hard
place to find. Since it was raining when
we arrived, it was very diificult to see
where complex was. Also, with family it was
tough to drag 3 suitcases across the parking lot,
down the steps and up three floors.
I believe it is more a place for singles or
couples, will not recommend it for families.

    Vail Vacation 2011

Left on 01/27/2011 for a stay in January 2011

Every year since 1986 our familiy visit Vail. When I got married I stop visiting Vail because I had babies and we did not want to go there with babies. Since 2005, we decide go to Vail every year ( first 10 days of january) because our daughters have the perfect age for skiing. We love it and are our perfect family and holiday vacations. we always stay in different condo. The location of Lionshead arcade is excellent but, it does not have elevators ( and we stay at third floor) and the bathrooms are very small. Honestly is a nice apartment, but no elevator and no daily
cleaning service was an important factor for us. We where a group of 26 and the opinion of all of us was the same. Usually on april we all beging our research of where to stay next year. It is very important to have: covered parking, 2 b/2b, elevator, w/d, close to lionshead gondola, sofa bed, cleaning service and nice decorating ( not old furniture).
Thanks for you attention and service!

    Great location and excellent value!

Left on 08/04/2010 for a stay in July 2010

Glad we decided to look beyond the pricey arrabelle while in Lionshead for a wedding. Our two adult children from the Bay area were with us, at our expense, so the value of this great location was truly appreciated. Having covered parking within a short distance of the condo was good; would be great in the winter! Living area was comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and handy for meal preparation. Appreciated having washer and dryer available in the unit. Only disappointment was the poor ventilation - there are no windows! Fans are available in bedrooms and living area but had to leave doors open and unlocked to get the air moving. Occupants of the unit next door smoked on their balcony and back entrance way so we were exposed to smoke filled air, despite being in a non-smoking unit - yuck! Also shower curtain in bathroom was moldy. Otherwise the place was clean. The price was a fraction of what we could have spent and we saved more by preparing breakfast/lunch in our place. If you are looking for a great location at a good price, this is the place!

    Good place, value, and location

Left on 07/14/2010 for a stay in July 2010

We were quite comfortable here at this wonderful condo. It was right in the middle of the village and had its own parking space. The only thing which was slightly uncomfortable, but not a problem, was the fact that there was no elevator. Otherwise, Wonderful! Thanks!

Great location, needs a face lift and an elevator!

Left on 04/14/2010 for a stay in April 2010

We enjoyed our stay in Lionshead. In particular, we liked the village which has a ton to offer, and the easy access to the express chair and gondola.

After a long day of travel, we arrived at the condo, to our surprise there was no hot water. We were very pleased at the prompt service to our needs. It was Friday evening of Easter weekend and the company was able to have the water fixed within a couple of hours.

Although the unit was fairly clean the kitchen and bathroom floors could have been clearner. There were ample supplies related to the kitchen, baths and linen. The beds in the bedroom were not comfortable, and are in need of matress replacements.

We knew the condo was dated but made the choice for the location and price. Whoever rents this unit MUST understand that it's located up three flights of stairs. Carrying your luggage up these stairs is not a welcoming start to a vacation. The property mgmt company needs to contact with someone to provide a bellmen service. In addition, there needs to be some sort arrangement for use of the ski valet at the base of the mountain. Ten dollars a day for ski storage is over the top.

Despite the lack of elevator and the few things mentioned above, we had an outstanding time at Vail mountain and would again stay at Lionshead village.

Great location, comfortable condo, could be better

Left on 02/17/2010 for a stay in February 2010

Outstanding location in Lionshead, just a few yards from Gondola and ski school. Comfortable condo with some nice furnishings. Several minor problems that should have neen addressed by owners, for example broken drawers in bedroom, light bulbs not working, poor lighting in second bedroom. The second bathroom is tiny, but that is OK; we were made aware of that before renting the unit.

Vail Lionshead 3rd floor Great Location, Good Value

Left on 01/21/2010 for a stay in January 2010

Had a great week with a family of 4. Location was perfect: Center of Lionshead, close to slopes/lifts, close to Village bus. Aria Health spa for hot tub was inconvenient yet was outstanding & worth the effort. Condo was comfortable but not luxurious. Verticle blinds in living room & bedrooms were in disrepair upon arrival. Local restaurant & bars were good to excellent. Need to be prepared to go up stairs to 3rd floor, with suitcases & ski gear. No option.

    GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Left on 01/15/2010 for a stay in December 2009

The stay at this condo was great. The location was very convenient to the slopes and night life, which were the two main amenities we were wanting in our stay. I can't really say anything I didn't like about this place. I would definitely stay at this condo in the future and I do suggest this place to anyone.
