Description

Located across the street from the Beach, Boardwalk and the Mighty Atlantic Ocean. Conveniently situated in the heart of the Resort Area and the exclusive North End. The Triplex is the most historic cottage of our collection. Built in 1912 and owned as a summer cottage for 100 years. The Triplex Downstairs has one bedroom with a double bed and a sleep sofa in the living room. For reasons of comfort, safety and Health only registered guest permitted and should not at any time exceed maximum number listed for that unit. The Cottage is not for entertaining others. There is a full bath with tub and shower, the kitchen has a full-size stove and fridge. There is also a wonderful private screen porch with rocking chairs and picnic table. You can see the sights and sounds of the resort area from your private porch. The boardwalk and the ocean are within sight and less than 100 yds away. Can accommodate 2-4 persons.
