Description
House has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Bedroom next to the Master bedroom doubles as a office with a quality futon if needed for sleeping and has a door to the back yard. Master bedroom and fourth bedrooms both have private baths. .Two bedrooms have queen beds and two have full beds. Living room has a queen size hide-a-bed. Private pool and a large Jaccuzi in the back yard. Safety fence between patio and pool. Pool is large for a residential pool and has a 9ft deep end. Pool is solar heated so in winter temp depends on weather and sun. Feb it is about 74 and June - August 85 - 90. Nice covered patio next to the pool with gas and charcoal grills. Parking for one vehicle under carport right next to the entrance. House and covered parking is same level. Always plenty of street parking for additional vehicles. High speed WiFi internet, 55" HD TV with expanded cable service. Office bedroom has HD TV and HD cable. Master Bedroom has analog TV and cable.
We do have a minimum age of 25 for responsible person renting and they must be staying. Children are welcome
