Description

Right in the centre of Aberdeen the flat is situated in a high rise block with secure entrances operated by a special key.There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 singles, there is only one bathroom with a new over the bath shower installed.The living Room has a new 3 piece suite with large stool, TV, VCR with free wifi available.The kitchen has full cooking facilities along with washing machine, coffee machine, micro, new small freezer and new kitchen table with 4 chairs. All linen and towels are supplied along with a welcome pack of the food essentials on arrival.Smoking is not allowed in the flat, however, there is balcony accessed from the main living room with a small table and chairs, where smoking is allowed with the access door and window closed.There is limited free parking in the neighbourhood and a pay and display multi storey car park across the road that charges £14 per day from 8am -10pm - no charge after 10pm, there is also pre - bookable parking at the station for £6 a day.

Please Note - there are 13 stairs to reach the toilet, shower and two bedrooms.

Getting around

The Train / bus Station is a ten minute walk. Union Street is a couple of minutes walk with bus stops for various destinations. The Beach is a 15 minute walk , no need for a car everything is so central.

Stayed here for two weeks and was very happy with everything. Great location at great price even had milk and bread in for us arriving which was a nice touch

“Great Place To Stay”

I stayed in Elaine´s apartment with my boyfriend.Our stay was excellent,the amenities at the apartment were beyond our expectations,it felt like home.The apartment was very clean and well appointed. We slept well as it is a quiet location. Access to the city centre,restaurants, shops and amenities are excellent.We would definitely stay there again.Elaine is a wonderful host and make us feel very welcome.Thank you Elaine for providing such a well appointment apartment!!!

I stayed in the apartment for three weeks and really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is very spacious and especially the balcony is great! Everything you need is included. Elaine is very friendly and willing to help you with everything!

“Elaine is a lovely lady and tries to do everything she can to make your stay nice”

We rented the flat from Elaine who is a lovely lady. She tries to make your stay as nice as possible. It is very cheap to rent. The bedrooms were very nice with all new bedding and towels. The living room is spacious and the kitchen has everything you need. The thing that we had a problem with was the shower. It stayed tepid until you took the shower head off the wall. As we were only there a few days we made do. We travelled by car so parking was a big problem. The car park across the road would have cost us £14 per day (max 14 hours) if left there. We had to keep moving the car between there and park on the the street at night, but we had to go before 8am to move it or put a ticket on it. If we went back we would probably go by train as it is so close to Union Street. Overall it was ok.

“A most wonderful stay”

We had a most wonderful stay at the apartment. The owner, Elaine, is absolutely amazing. She provided us with everything, I mean literally everything, that we ever need to make our stay enjoyable. The apartment is clean, comfortable and really nice. Moreover, it is located within 5-10 minutes of walking distance to Union Street which is a shoppers' haven and also to the Music Hall, The Art Gallery etc. We have no hesitation at all in recommending this apartment to anyone traveling to Aberdeen.
